Gabriela is a founding Partner at Angelini Ventures, contributing her experience in venture capital operations, financial management, talent strategy and communications to the growth of our global portfolio. Gabriela has over 15 years of experience building and leading finance and human resources teams in global companies with significant operating scale and complexity.

Prior to joining Angelini Ventures, Gabriela worked as Chief Financial Officer of O’Reilly Media and VP of Finance and Administration at Toast, an F-Prime portfolio company. She began her career with Mckinsey and Company, in management consulting roles in the Americas and Europe. She later joined Fidelity’s Venture Capital arm, F-Prime. While at F-Prime, Gabriela supported the group’s portfolio companies in Mexico, Ireland, and France in various finance, people strategy and operations roles.

Gabriela graduated from Boston University with a bachelor's degree in business administration.

Outside of work, she volunteers and serves as Board Chair for Casa Myrna, Boston’s largest provider of shelter and supportive services to survivors of domestic violence.
