Nils is a Principal at Angelini Ventures focused on sourcing, investing, and supporting digital health companies. He has 15 years of experience in investment banking, company building, and venture capital. Prior to joining Angelini Ventures, Nils led venture capital investments at the hospital system RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG and more recently as an Associate Partner at Think.Health Ventures, where he invested across a wide range of early-stage digital health, diagnostics, and medtech startups in Israel, Germany, and the United States.

Nils completed a degree in finance from the University of British Columbia and started his career at the boutique investment bank M.M.Warburg, working in Corporate Finance focused on M&A and ECM projects. 

He received his MBA from the University of Cambridge and then moved to work in the digital media space where he worked with start-ups, analyzing, developing and executing new business models in the venture studio of a leading European publishing company.
